I started Agrès Home out of my love for luxury, jewellery and interior design. I wished to capture the twinkling of a diamond in each one of our pieces and the element of gold in every accessory to present an overall glamorous picture of the home. We provide the most unique, exquisite and fabulous pieces for the home and for this reason we have staged celebrity homes and continue offer a service for home renovation. Policies
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping can take up to 8 weeks due to customs and formal processes and delivery can take up to 10 days dependent on the efficiency of the delivery courier and your location. Once the item is shipped WE ARE NO LONGER LIABLE or responsible for the product as it is no longer in our possession. It is up to you to discuss with the delivery courier and make progress with the delivery of your item.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES Due to the nature of our products and the cost of returns we have decided that it is best to not accept any returns.
REFUNDS
A refund will only be issued if you cancel your order BEFORE it has been dispatched OR if the item arrives damaged. You can only cancel your order before we have dispatched it. once it is dispatched we are unable to refund your purchase.
